Respect for every customer is the foundation of our work. That means getting to know your staff, working to understand what makes your practice unique, and striving to pick up your calls on the first ring. Ultimately, the BlueFish Medical Golden Rule is to treat your business like we treat our own.

Eddings met her husband at Texas A&M in 1997 and was married in August of 1999. Here is one of ShotsHeard members, Dr Christina Propst- Houston pediatrician with Blue Fish Pediatrics, encouraging other members to report me to the Texas Medical Board. She then worked for Texas Childrenu2019s from 2007-08 until joining Bluefish Pediatrics in October 2008. We aim to innovate at the same pace as the industry itself, and thus create an environment of continuous process improvement for every customer. Eddings became board certified in pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics in 2007. We use precise data and comprehensive analysis to tailor-make an action plan for your business. We’ve assembled an informed and motivated team based entirely in the United States. That’s why we don’t outsource our work to other countries or fill support roles with employees who lack knowledge or experience.

Unlike most of our competitors, we don’t believe our profits should determine our level of service we believe our level of service should determine our profits. BlueFish Medical was founded to fill the void in customer service that has developed among healthcare vendors.
